Based in North Carolina and doing business across the globe, Summit Coffee Co. developed and produced a new top of market, cafe quality instant coffee to fold into their product mix at their growing franchise café locations. In addition to many other lifestyle reasons, the ease and convenience of an instant coffee in the outdoor marketplace makes a lot of sense. Summit enlisted MJ Bratton Consulting to create a plan to introduce their brand and products, highlighted by the launch of the new instant coffee, at the Outdoor Retailer (OR) show in Denver, CO. As the worldwide leader in the outdoor industry trade show scene, OR attracts tens of thousands of attendees and the industry's top brands, influencers, athletes, and thought leaders during each of their bi-annual events.
Our services focused on building a comprehensive strategic marketing, branding, sales, PR, activation and attendee awareness plan leading up to, during and after the show. Value was realized and grasped by both Summit and OR management immediately. By the morning of day #2, Summit had secured rights for future OR shows as the exclusive coffee vendor. We were thrilled to introduce Summit's brand/products to the industry and engaged over 35% of all show attendees (well above average for a first time show), but also think that Summit Coffee Co.
